    The renovation of the townhome was nicely done , maybe put a picnic table outback in the secured area that would be nice someplace to sit . And board games in case the Internet goes down again and no TV .

    We stayed the weekend of the June 19-21 . The Internet and television stopped working that evening, I called that evening and the next morning to get someone over to fix it. They asked me to troubleshoot which I did and still did not work . The property manager told me they would send someone over but never did .Friday night the neighbors on the right going out were up late sitting outside partying you can hear everything they were saying from the living room and front bedroom. and they were loud it was late when they finally quieted down and went inside , when we got there and during the evening on several occasions going out to my car I was approached by neighbors and asked if I was looking for something . They asked if I wanted hash, I don't do drugs . Very sketchy neighbors , we did not feel safe in this neighborhood.

    There wasn't much I didnt like. We loved everything. A great time was had.

    Apartment contained everything I needed. Grocery store was within walking distance. Bed was comfortable. Great location for the activities I had planned.

    A few design elements that can't be changed have been provided to host.
