    Convenient Subic stay, but needs better preparation and minor maintenance

    Great location for an overnight stay in Subic. Check-in instructions were sent prior to arrival, making access to the unit smooth. We happened to meet the cleaner at check-in, and she was very helpful in immediately prepping an extra blanket and pillow when she noticed our reservation was for 3 guests.

    A few maintenance and comfort items could be improved ​Pests & Maintenance: We noticed minor leaks from both the bidet and kitchen faucet, and spotted a few small cockroaches in the unit. ​Noise: Footstep noise from the upstairs neighbors was noticeable. ​We shared the maintenance items directly with the host so they can be addressed for future guests.

    Pretty awesome place with all the amenities we needed. Close to Ayala harbor Point

    The place is fully furnished with all the stuffs we needed as family with an infant.

    The AC wasn’t able to cool the whole unit down to the temperature we wanted but enough to still sleep somehow comfortably. The wifi also was down but this was due to the typhoon that happened while we were staying at the place.
