  Ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν απάντησε σε κανένα μας αίτημα από την ημέρα της άφιξής μας, αντιθέτως μας έστελνε αυτοματοποιημένα μηνύματα στα οποία στο τέλος έγραφαν ότι μπορούμε να επικοινωνούμε μαζί με τον ιδιοκτήτη οποτεδήποτε δεν είναι ρομπότ (!) (“Feel free to contact me, I’m not a robot”). Στο δωμάτιο πήγαμε περίοδο καύσωνα και μείναμε 1 μήνα για να επισκεφθούμε το νοσοκομείο του Εσσεν. Στις ερωτήσεις για κλιματισμό και κουρτίνες συσκότισης δεν πήραμε καμία απάντηση φυσικά με αποτέλεσμα να αγοράσουμε ανεμιστήρες και να κοιμόμαστε άθλια λόγω τους έντονου φωτός και της ζέστης. Στο δωμάτιο υπήρχαν χαλασμένες πρίζες αν και ήταν αμελητέο σε σχέση με τα υπόλοιπα. Τέλος, ζητάμε την απόδειξη εδώ και πολύ μεγάλο διάστημα και ενώ μας είπε ότι θα τη στείλει από τότε εξαφανίστηκε. Απαράδεκτος. P.s. Το κουτί των κλειδιών έχει σκουριάσει και ανοίγει με τρομερή δυσκολία και υπομονή, αν είναι δυνατόν αλλάξτε το.

  The apartment was excellent. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and warm, with underfloor heating, and we had access to hot water at all times. The beds, also, were very comfortable. It proved to be an ideal choice for us, as it was located in a very quiet neighborhood and was very close to supermarket, pharmacy, and public transport. Furthermore, it offered easy access to the university hospital of Essen, which was the reason of our stay. We were able to check in earlier than scheduled, which was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend it.

  The appartment was located on the third floor and did not have an elevator. In addition, as our stay was for several days, we needed a washing machine, which was not available; however, there are laundry services in the neighborhood. Finally, as both the check‑in and check‑out took place in the rain, the key box was not very easy to open. All the other aspects of the stay were excellent.

  We had a pleasant stay at the apartment, we were on a work trip

  The apartment was clean, the heating worked very quickly and the beds were comfortable.

  The key box where we picked up the keys was not in good condition and the wifi didn't work
