    Alles im allem war es trotzdem ein Treffer, um nicht ins Hotel zu müssen. Und der Empfang war wirklich sehr freundlich.

    Es hatte eine ausgezeichnete Lage für unser Vorhaben.

    Leider konnten wir nicht vor der Tür parken. Durch die Baumaßnahmen im Haus war es für meine 86-jährige Mutter, etwas eng, im Hausflur, die Treppen hoch. Es fehlt eine Spülmaschine, die würde ich definitiv mit der Waschmaschine austauschen ☺️ aber das ist nur ein Tipp.

    Die Lage am Rand von Berlin ist gut. Die Bushaltestelle ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Verkehrsanbindungen in die Innenstadt ist perfekt.

    Die Wohnung war zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht vollständig renoviert und glich einer Baustelle. In einem der Schlafzimmer gab es kein ausreichendes Licht,verschiedene Utensilien(Spiegel,Matratzen..) standen an der Wand und die Tür ging nicht zu schliessen. Damit hätte man noch leben können-Aber die unteren der 2 übereinander gelegten Matratzen waren verschmutzt und nicht bezogen,so dass riesige Flecken sichtbar waren. Im Bad klebten Haare vom Vorgänger an den Wänden und der Toilettendeckel war nicht ordnungsgemäss befestigt. Wir haben dafür 207 Euro für eine Nacht bezahlt . Das empfanden wir wirklich als unverschämt.
