    Die Lage ist sehr gut gelegen, mit dem Auto kann man problemlos parken. Klasse Zimmeraufteilung, es fehlte an nichts.

    Die Tür vom Flur zum Zwischenzimmer/Büro fehlt. Ebenso war der Duschkopf leider nicht komplett fest. Das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau, kann man mMn sehr schnell anpassen, dann ist alles mehr als wunderbar.

    Die Wohnung ist für diesen Zustand und Ausstattung völlig überteuert.

    Gute Lage

    Angemeldet waren 5 Personen, nur 4 Betten waren vorbereitet. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind hintereinander angeordnet, sodass zwei Schlafzimmer Durchgangszimmer sind. Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen Z.B Sofa aufgerissen und verschmutzt ect

    Noch nie so schlecht geschlafen und behandelt worden!

    Die Lage ist Extrem Laut,auch bei geschlossenem Fenster und wen man hinten die Fenster öffnet riecht es nach Döner Bude!Die Waschmaschine war Defekt und die Dusche hatte bis auf Augenhöhe Schimmel!Die Türklinken sind alle Locker gewesen und die Couch war mit Loch und das Kunstleder löste sich ab!Wir haben das Gespräch mit dem Vermieter geführt und mussten leider früher abreisen da die Wohnsituatuon so nicht für uns ging mit 2 Kindern!Die Bilder im Netz zeigen nicht den waren Zustand!

    Es war nur ein Trauer Bild und wir waren insgesamt enttäuscht! Der Vermieter wusste seit 2025 von den Mängeln und hat nichts geändert!
