    Kleine Perle mitten im Herzen von Linz!

    Super zentrale Lage im Herzen von Linz. Sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage, toll der Balkon zu dem schönen, ruhigen Innenhof hin. Sehr schön/stylish eingerichtet.

    Parken nicht ganz einfach, aber ist ja normal bei so einer zentralen Lage. Zumindest von 18 bis 8 Uhr konnte man immer einen (freien) Parkplatz in der Straße bekommen. Ansonsten Parkhaus um die Ecke.

    Gute Lage, stylisch, aber etwas abgewohnt

    Die Lage ist sehr gut.

    Die Dusche sollte erneuert werden, die Fugen am Boden sind schon schwarz, anscheinend fliesst das Wasser beim Duschen nicht richtig ab, der Fußboden vor der Dusche war sehr fleckig. Nicht an allen Fenstern Rollos.
