    Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke sehr gut.

    Der Fußboden war schmutzig, ebenso das Treppengeländer. Insgesamt war das Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen und auch die Couch hatte unansehnliche Flecken. Einen Tag konnten wir die Wohnung nicht nutzen, da die Gastherme ausgebaut und Fernwärme angeschlossen wurde. Über die Arbeiten wurde wir um 8.36 Uhr angeschrieben und vor neun angerufen. Es wurde uns zwar eine alternative Unterkunft angeboten, was wir jedoch für den einen Tag nicht machen wollten. Als Entschädigung wurde uns ein kostenloser späterer Check Out angeboten und sich für das Verständnis bedankt. Auf die Nachfrage einer finanziellen Rückerstattung wurde nicht mehr reagiert.
