    Disappointed

    PRO: 1. The Apartment is really spacious. 2. ⁠There is a Tigre supermercato at 3 minutes away. 3. ⁠The neighborhood not being located in the central area, is non main stream touristic and therefore is inspiring somehow the Italian way of living. In order to reach the city center you need minimum 45 minutes either with metro or bus (considering the distance up to the nearest metro station and/or the chaotic timeline of the bus).

    CONS: 1. The appartment need urgent renovation (see the photos attached), especially the bathrooms which are highly deteriorated, smelling very strong of mold. 2. ⁠The cleaning isn’t for sure the strong point of this apartment; we assume that the apartment was never cleaned properly since many, many months! Even if the owner send somebody to clean it after our complain, in reality absolutely nothing happened regarding the cleaning! Consequently, we bought all the necessary cleaning supplies and we cleaned the apartment properly. 3. ⁠The real distance, by foot, to the nearest metro station (Re di Roma) is of 14-15 minutes. 4. ⁠The distance to the bus is 3 minutes away, but bus no. 628 travels at 45-50 minutes at once and generally the buses in Rome are very crowded and non reliable on their timetable, this 628 bus not being an exception to this reality. 5. ⁠There are no supplies for anything in the kitchen (no cleaner, no caps for the dishwasher machine, no trash bags, no vacuum cleaner, nothing). We hope that this sincere review will help the owner to take the necessary measures to help other guests to enjoy a trip to Rome in this appartment. Best regards!
