    Scammer alert

    Nothing.

I feel like this property listing is a scam. I booked it and paid in full for it, then got an email later that evening stating the place has been double booked. The email told me to contact booking.com customer service to get a refund. I did as I was told, but booking.com told me I need to contact the property owner to request a refund. When I called the property owner, I was unable to reach anybody. How does it make sense that I have to ask both booking.com AND the property owner for a refund for something that was not even my fault? It was very frustrating to get the runaround when I just wanted a place to stay for my trip, but ended up without one..and now I have to chase people down to get my money back. Book at your own risk.
