  Woke at 12:30am and left after 1st night due to possible gas leak and no gas utilities afterwards.

  On our first night, we were woken at around midnight by an SGN gas engineer who had attended the property after a report of smelling gas from the upstairs accommodation. We were awake until the early hours while the situation was dealt with. The boiler was subsequently switched off and warning stickers were placed on it telling us not to use the boiler or hot water. We were therefore left without hot water and, understandably, did not feel comfortable staying for our second night. We left the property first thing in the morning and had to pay for another hotel ourselves. The most frustrating part has been dealing with Booking.com. We contacted them and were specifically told that they would help us within 24 hours. That deadline came and went, yet nobody actually resolved the problem. Instead, we have been passed around, given promises of help and left to sort everything out ourselves. We have also contacted the property owner, but they failed to resolve the matter and have stopped responding to us.

  Disappointing

  Was fairly central to Oxford Town Centre. Had car parking

  Hadn't been properly cleaned Needed some TLC with decoration and some repairs( slats on bed taped up)

  Had a slight problem on arrival,contacted the owners and they sorted it swiftly, fast response and kept in contact while the issue was sorted, lovely clean accommodation just a short walk from Oxford centre

  Very kind host, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, clean and tidy, close to Tesco Express, bus stop, easy access to the city centre, we had a very good rest.
