On the whole a comfortable stay, paintwork needs refreshing in property.
Self catering. Location very good for all Teignmouth had to offer.
Cleanliness could have been better. Cupboards downstairs full of decorating items and untidy.Knickers left under a bed! Bathroom shower glass smeary, dirty nappy left in a bin outside back door. Wrong key safe number given, had to ring Tinners properties to get the right one, wrong info for wi-fi given and we were in Devon not Cornwall. Please could a Tea towel be supplied

Never ever again. Dangerous & Missing amenities.
The location was the only plus
It lists a microwave, it doesn’t have one. We had an 8 week old baby with us and were unable to steralise any of the things for him. I contacted them during my stay and they did not even bother to respond. In the bathroom Every single wall and the ceiling is covered in mould and damp. There was smears in the wall above the basin and toilet. There is an enormous damp patch on the living room wall. The sofa is completely unusable as it is collapsed in the middle. The bathroom door does not fully close and is not lockable. The main bedroom door does not close. There is no upstairs smoke alarm. There is a broken and MELTED electrical socket in the main bedroom a huge safety issue as the earth pin is broken. There is no visible CO alarm in the property (I looked everywhere, I am a gas engineer and this is completely illegal to not have one). The main bedrooms bed is held together by a plank of wood screwed onto the side. The garden is full of old cigarette ends. The shower tray every bit of silicone is black with mould. There is a cable just sticking out the wall in the bedroom. The main bedrooms radiators is hanging off the wall and is not screwed to it. The knives in the kitchen, the smallest one the end of it is snapped off so it is a square end. The property is in appalling condition with just patches of paint dotted about on the walls to cover things up too, and the owners clearly do not care for the safety of visitors notably given the electrical socket and the mould. I am disgusted with the stay, and the management company were too, but have now gone completely silent and are not offering any form of compensation. I absolutely love Teignmouth and come here every single year but I will never return to this property in its current state

Access Issues
Good location.
Access issue. Before arrival was sent 2 emails both with different key safe numbers. Arrived neither worked. No phone number to contact property. Sent Email to ask for key code which came back undeliverable. Eventually managed to guess the key safe number after numerous attempts. Wireless code wrong. Advertised as departure 11 am, Automated email received stating 10 am departure. booking.com should insist on local contact details.

Disappointing
Comfortable bed, good shower
The key lock code was wrong and I had to phone the contact and leave a message. She did call straight back. The letterbox had some dirty yellow tape over it. The property had a bad smell. Internet didn’t work despite rebooting and resetting the hub. Asked for help with this but didn’t get any. Some of the kitchen equipment was dirty or rusty eg chopping board greasy and grater rusty. The upkeep of the property was poor with flaking paint work on the bannister, damage to the walls and a poor finish in general. The tiny backyard contained 2 dirty chairs and was unkempt.

Location was good.
Uncomfortable beds, ill equipped kitchen but above all the WiFi didn’t work at all. We raised the issue with maintenance staff several times but the issue remained unresolved throughout our seven day stay. I was disappointed to see that no attempt was made to fix the problem.
