    All was good

    Bin was exceptionally pro active with commutation. Access was simple and smooth. A pre made video made finding the building easy and Bin consistently asked if everything was OK. Right in the heart of District 1. If you want a grass roots experience of HCM, this is a good base.

    Excellent

    It was a great value for a comfortable stay. I am glad I picked this place. The host was super friendly and accommodating. My room was spacious and very clean. The washroom was one of the best in my whole Vietnam trip. There was a laundry to use for free. There are many restaurants and local food stalls and n the surrounding area.

    The entrance actually is a hair salon but the people there are doing their own things. Not a problem.
