Amazing place in the center of Baku
We recently stayed in this three-room apartment in the center of Baku and were absolutely delighted! First of all, I would like to note the attentive and friendly owner, who was always in touch and promptly answered all our questions. The location is simply magnificent - the apartment is located in the very center of the city, literally a few steps from the Shamakhi Gates and the Old City, which is very convenient for walking and exploring the sights. The premises are spacious, bright and cozy. Two separate bedrooms provided comfort for the whole family, and a sitting room became an ideal place to relax after a busy day. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: Internet, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove and all the necessary utensils. It is especially nice that there is a private passage before entering the appointment , which adds coziness and convenience. I definitely recommend this apartment for those who are looking for comfortable accommodation in the center of Baku.

Needs maintenance & cleanliness. Good location. Overpriced.
The location is good. Apartment has good facilities, but it needs upkeep. Cleanliness was a major issue. Communication before arriving was prompt, but on reaching location it wasn't.
Cleanliness & maintenance was a major issue. Bathroom was stinking and had no fan/exhaust. It was left wet after cleaning and could not dry till late evening. Kitchen had everything, but again cleaning wasn't done properly. Sheets that we slept on weren't fresh, they were repeated from earlier. AC in one room wasn't working (sprayed water everywhere). Need to have better communication - We requested for an early checkin (1 pm), it was agreed. But on reaching, we had to wait (with luggage) on the road for over an hour. Still cleaning was in progress and we got the apartment after checkin time.

Beautiful and next to main nizami street
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place which is next to Nizami Street. Seymur is a great person and he helped me get a local sim and explained about the nearby locality. The apartment is big enough and we family including 3 kids enjoyed every moment we spent here
