Unacceptable
The location
We got in the appartment at 3:30 and by 7:30 pm the cleaning of the previous occupants had not be done. This was disgusting and the only reply we got from our contact was " what would you like us to do ? "As the cleaning person has 6 other appartements to clean we had no other choice than to find another place to stay, as we got tired of waiting... we got lucky to be able to find another place at the last minutes in such a touristic place.

Disappointing family stay
Location. That is all.
Unfortunately, this property was a real disappointment. On arrival the apartment was not ready: the beds were unmade, one bed was broken, and there were piles of laundry left from previous guests. The kitchen was dirty, with crumbs and food residue on the worktops, and the apartment generally felt unclean and poorly maintained. We booked for four people but only one towel was provided, and despite repeated requests, no more ever arrived, we had to wash towels left behind by previous guests. There was not enough bed linen for us so we had to take it from one of the other beds. There were not enough pillows for us all. There were numerous maintenance issues, including a broken bathroom extractor fan, broken blind, missing bedroom curtains, broken hooks, and insufficient bedding. One of the lights for the kitchen was switched on and off by standing on a chair to reach the top of the unit. There was no toaster, only one wine glass, three cereal bowls and not enough oven dishes. The frying pan lining all came in our breakfast making it inedible. There is nowhere to leave your clothes while having a shower as it's like a wet room and water goes everywhere, making mopping up to use the toilet tiresome. There is nowhere to leave your toothbrush either as the sink is too small and was dirty. Pictures and vases were piled in corners making it feel unloved, not ready and welcoming. Although the owner communicated with us, the problems were never resolved. Overall, the property did not match the standard advertised or match the photos, and we were very disappointed with our stay.
