    First time in Rome

Nice location, spacious apartment, well equipped. Nearby there are supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurant and metro.

Dark and we were struggling with warm water. Seems this issue is persistent based on previous review.

Big space, nice rooms, toilets & beds, cuisine facilities, good air-condition

Refrigerator needs a potential upgrade and the automatic boiler for hot water was not so automatic. The switch from hot to cold and maybe back to hot was a guarantee
