Peccato, perché la posizione e le potenzialità dell’appartamento sono ottime, ma la scarsa attenzione alla manutenzione,
L’appartamento era pulito, ben accessoriato e ben disposto. La posizione è comoda, con due fermate della metropolitana nelle vicinanze e piazza Duomo raggiungibile in circa 30 minuti a piedi. Il check-in è stato semplice e senza problemi.
Il letto era molto scomodo. Lo scarico del WC richiedeva di essere azionato una seconda volta per evitare che rimanesse bloccato e che l’acqua continuasse a scendere. Il supporto del soffione della doccia era bloccato e non regolabile. Le cialde del caffè erano insufficienti, non arrivando nemmeno a una a persona al giorno, e la carta igienica era terminata, costringendoci a utilizzare dei fazzoletti. Inoltre, durante i cinque giorni non era previsto alcun cambio della biancheria oltre a quella fornita al check-in. Infine, il giorno della partenza, con check-out previsto alle 10:00, i due addetti alle pulizie stavano già cercando di aprire la porta mentre eravamo ancora all’interno e ci stavamo preparando a uscire.

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location.
The apartment was in a really nice, quiet residential area, but just a short walk from the bustling areas of Navigli and Vetra with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There is a metro stop 5mins walk away which connects you easily to the rest of the city. It had a lovely kitchen which allowed us to prepare food, and a washing machine which meant we could clean our clothes mid trip. The bed was very comfy and the A/C was a life saver during the heatwave. The key was in a lock box which meant that we could check in at 11pm onwards without worry of incurring an additional late fee. Great service.
There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like about this apartment. It had everything that we needed and was in an ideal location.
