    Don't recommend to stay here

I had to sign a lease contract for short term rental. I had to pay the deposit of 100 € even the fact that in booking condition it was written that 100 € should be only asked after the stay only in the case of the some damage. The owner had a problem to come for the check out when the deposit should be returned. They insisted on the self check out. There is an extra charge for the electricity of 0,5 €/kWh if. The lease agreement only covers 10 kWh per day, what is not enough even we have tried to save energy. The roof terrace was dirty so it was hardly to use.
