    Verbesserungsbedürftig

    Gute Lage - schöne Umgebung - das Haus hat sehr viel Potenzial, allerdings muss kurz zuvor ein Wasserschaden in der Unterkunft gewesen sein, was das Wohnen auf der unteren Etage zu keinem Wohlfühlort gemacht hat. :-(

    Wasserschaden im Haus - die untere Etage war nicht wirklich bewohnbar - es roch sehr muffig. Wenn die Klimaanlage im Haus auf allen Etage lief, fiel der Stelm aus. Kein funktionsfähiger Staubsauger.

    Todo muy agradable y cómodo y la atención y resolución de pequeños problemas rápido. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

    Sí que nos gustó. Es comodisimo y bien cuidado. Las habitaciones magníficas y las terrazas también. Muy cómoda la piscina y la urbanización bien cuidada. Admiten mascotas y para nosotros es fundamental.

    El baño principal no tiene mampara y a mí particularmente me resulta dificultoso ducharme sin manchar nada. Se echa en falta alguna sombra donde se puedan aparcar los coches. Creo que deberían renovar los útiles de la limpieza.

    The apartment is completely unsuitable for families with children. The stairs are dangerous and the floors are slippery. A few days after we moved in, the ceiling in the bathroom fell, nearly injuring my child. The ceilings in the other bathrooms are also insecure. The shower in the downstairs room didn't work. The building is located far from everything and is very difficult to get to.
