    Beautiful view and cozy place.

    I was disappointed to discover that the R800 cleaning fee was not included in the total amount displayed at the time of booking. Additional charges should be clearly communicated upfront to avoid any unexpected costs. During our stay, we also experienced issues with the electricity supply and had to purchase additional units for the electricity box after informing the host. The accommodation was quite cold, and we would have appreciated having more blankets available. We chose not to use the heaters continuously as we were concerned about the electricity running out, which unfortunately happened on our first night. Overall, clearer communication regarding additional fees, electricity usage, and providing enough blankets would have greatly improved our experience.

    No charm at the beach front

    Excellent location and view of the False Bay area. Comfortable beds.

    The apartment is in an original state in a golden oldie. There is damp, with mold around the window frames, and water coming in around a window frame when it rains. Condensation forms daily on the windows. Many cupboards and working surfaces are water damaged. While we were staying in the flat, construction workers were busy on the floors drilling drainage holes in the concrete - everyday of the week. This made the stay hugely unpleasant. The owner/manager did not warn us ahead of this. The general level of communication with the owner/manager was the poorest we have experienced of any of the dozens stays booked through Booking.com.

    It was comfortable, beds are good and clean. Got late in and showered in cold water, geyser was off

    The location is very good. Could sit and view the beautiful ocean.

    Would like some coffee, milk and sugar.
