    The apartment is as shown in the pictures, it has a supermarket and a restaurant next to it and it is a 4 min drive into central bovec.

    Towels did not smell great, there were some dead flies on the wall, AC did not work well while it was summer and hot outside. there was only one AC and it is placed in the living room not the bedroom. We have tried to reach out to the host but we received no response.

    Not charming

    Apartment interior was nice abd clean with secure parking.

    We had 4 nights of a 6 night stay without Internet or TV. We escalated this every day and it was finally resolved but only after a lot of chasing every day. Worse still there was no compensation, other than a jar of honey. Booking.com were great and offered us a credit as they were unable to reach an agreement with the company. Nice, but not ideal as needs to be used against a future (limited) booking. Also, the property overlooks the Spar car park, so was quite noisy if on the balcony during the evening/day.
