Lovely Location, Spacious and Comfortable Apartment
A superb location, just five minutes from St.Mark's Square but hidden away from the crowds and the noise. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with everything you'd need for your stay. Excellent comms from Alessia and Maurizio prior to the booking and Jessica, who met us to check-us into the apartment, was friendly and welcoming. The bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us on arrival was a lovely surprise as well. There's no lift, so be aware you'd be climbing a couple of sets of stairs with your bags.

Would definitely stay again. Having the washer and dryer was a great help!

Wonderful Host who had a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us and a nice cookie treat. Maurizio made such a difference in making our Venice trip more enjoyable. Our luggage did not arrive with us in Venice and Air Canada didn’t help at all. Maurizio helped us retrieve it by the 3rd day and without his help, we would have been heading to our cruise without our luggage.He arranged our water taxi to go to the train station, as well.BEST HOST EVER…we really appreciated you help, Maurizio!👏👏👏 The apartment is just like the photos and overlooks a small canal with gondolas going by. Very close to the San Zachariah pier and San Marco. Lots of stores and restaurants to walk to. The apartment has a large fridge with freezer, MICROWAVE, and everything you’d need. Thank You from Linda and Bob, Vancouver, BC, Canada🇨🇦
