  First of all, in more than 500 bookings, I have never rated a property below 6. Usually, even when there are one or two problems, there are also positive aspects that make up for them. That was not the case here. The host is an extremely greedy person who seems to lack even basic decency or empathy. We were supposed to come to Lithuania for my child's tennis tournament. We had to buy plane tickets twice because my child was still competing in another tournament. In the end, it became impossible to travel to Lithuania because my child had matches scheduled on two courts thousands of kilometers apart on the same day. I asked the host for a partial refund. My reservation was from July 25 to August 1, and I simply requested to pay for half of the stay, since we already knew on July 25 that we would not be able to come as originally planned. Considering that accommodation in Vilnius is in high demand and the host still had time to rebook, I believe this was a very fair request. It was refused without any willingness to help. So, we eventually traveled and arrived at the property on July 29. This was a different trip, purely for travel. Now, about the apartment itself. The apartment is mediocre at best. Most of what previous guests have written is accurate. The cleanliness was poor, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the apartment building felt uninviting, parking was practically nonexistent, and the apartment was extremely noisy. The photos also hide many of the property's defects, so the reality does not match the listing. My rate for the apartment is 6/10. However, my biggest disappointment was the host. In all my years of traveling, I have rarely encountered someone so unwilling to show even the smallest amount of understanding or flexibility. That experience left a far worse impression than the apartment itself. I know the owner may reply to this review, and I expect an attempt to shift the blame or misrepresent what happened.

  Все добре, зауваженнь немає,чисто і красиво є кава, цукор, все для відпочинку.єдидине не розібрався з ТБ, але то не важливо,ми відпочивали.паркінг безкоштовно.дякуютрохи,злякала сама будівля,ну то тільки зовні.ставлю мах
