    The location, each bedroom having its own full bath, Free parking and free wifi, we had plenty of room for the 8 adults and two small children

    It was a bit echoey inside.

    Nice property, with shortcomings, but we made it work

    location was good as it was central and close to essential amenities. The property was spacious and practical. Relatively new build. I liked the number of bathrooms. Made it easy to get ready in the morning as it was a big group of 10. Loved the fact that it had two kitchens so the smell of breakfast could be contained in the inner kitchen. A nice home away from home

    We had specifically booked for 10 people but it turned out that the property was set up for 8 with a sofa bed in the lounge which is not practical for a group of that size. The mattress in the basement was a single mattress that did not look clean. We ended up buying an air bed from Walmart; not in the plan but needed. That was disappointing for us. Given that it is a relatively new property, the construction work nearby was a bit of a pain. The house itself is very nicely laid out however the fittings could be better quality. Standard of cleaning and cleaning equipment could be better. The house has a lot of potential that is being underplayed with the quality of fittings, limited range of glasses and crockery etc.

    Be aware of potential double booking through third party websites

    We never got to have our stay here because it had been double booked through Booking.com. Our host apparently had been unaware of the situation, even though we had numerous online conversations leading up to our stay. We found out upon arrival that other people were staying there already. It was humiliating and difficult to find last minute accommodations for our group of 11.
