Space, two bathrooms and bedrooms and air con
Very limited kitchen could not realistically cook a meal - only two small saucepans, no frying pans or big pots for spaghetti etc no serving platters despite two cupboards being labelled as such. Only one tea towel. Only two rubbish bags. Clothes drying rack is broken Ensuite has big window to neighbour property so have to keep blind down at all times for privacy.
