    Comfortable one bedroom annexe in the heart of an attractive Cotswold village

    A comfortable one level annexe, located in an attractive garden belonging to the main residence. The property is down a small, quiet lane, but right in the centre of Charlbury, with a good selection of pubs, and surrounded by the Cotswold countryside and various attractions.

    A coffee machine would be a good addition to the kitchen; and somewhere to hide the Henry vacuum cleaner, rather than being on display in the sitting room.

    Location, in a beautiful cotswold village with great pubs that do gorgeous food ( the bell) with in easy reach of a train station(5 min walk) and diddly squat farm (15min drive).

    Perfect location in the Cotswolds, comfortable and well appointed accommodation, friendly hosts.

    Location was perfect for exploring the Cotswolds, comfortable bed and sofa. Great range of kitchen equipment if required. Clean and well appointed. Hosts friendly and helpful when around. Off street parking a god-send.

    Bathroom mirror could be improved by having an LED backlight for those shavers amongst us! The outdoor area needed pressure washing and the outdoor cushions were dirty so couldn’t be used.

    Really good location in the centre of Charlbury, surrounded by pubs, shops and cafes

    The cottage lacks a much-needed deep clean and dusting (floor of the bathroom, proper hoovering, dusting certain parts of the cottage, spyder webs cleaning inside and out, new toilet brush), there is no dishwasher and really old cutlery & kitchen staff that should be replaced
