    A wonderful 1800s Charming Farmhouse

Beautiful 1800s Charming Farmhouse. Very cozy spacious house made you feel like home. Very clean with lots of books to read, movies, games, TV antiques within the house along with the creaky floors and that made me remember visiting my grandparents farmhouse in PEI as a child. Close to all amenities and down the street from the hospital. Within walking distance to Bay of Quinte where you can sit and watch the sail boats go by with lots of walking/bicycle trails along the water way into the city to explore. There is a winery close by as well and so much more to explore in the city of Belleville.

There really isn't anything I disliked about the Charming farmhouse or the city of Belleville.

    Convenient and good value

The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes and cooking equipment. They even provide cooking oils, salt and peppe. The shower had lots of hot water and the pressure is great. They also leave plenty of towels. The emergency supplies, shampoo and conditioner were a lovely extra. The beds are extremely comfortable. The House was easy to locate and is a short drive to downtown and riverfront. Instructions for getting into the house were very easy to follow. The air conditioning worked well on a hot weekend..

The air conditioner was very loud for sleeping. The House did hold the lower temperature at night, so we were able to shut it off when needed. Because the AC hose needs to vent outside, it does let a few small bugs in, so it's best to keep upstairs lights out at night. The kitchen may need some venting as a small bit of cooking breakfast set off the smoke detector.

We had the whole house and it was nostalgic.

Communication with owners. Very slow to respond if they responded at all
