Muy limpio. Todo perfecto y muy práctico. Muy cómodo y a 20 minutos del centro. Nos dejaron la nevera llena con comida para el desayuno y el propietario estuvo pendiente en todo momento.
No le pondría ninguna pega. Por decir algo que tiene dos cuartos de baño pero solo hay una duchá. Eramos 6 personas y nos organizamos bien.

Perfect apartment, outstanding hospitality, and thoughtful touches !
Our stay at Pietro's apartment was exceptional from beginning to end. Pietro is one of those hosts who genuinely cares about his guests. He was incredibly welcoming, kind, responsive, and always happy to help. We felt looked after from the moment we arrived. What surprised us the most was how thoughtfully the apartment had been prepared. The fridge was stocked with water, yogurt, cheese, cold cuts, and other breakfast essentials, so we could simply relax and enjoy our first morning in Bologna without rushing to the supermarket. It's such a simple gesture, but it made us feel truly at home. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. It offered plenty of space and was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. We travel quite a lot, and it's rare to meet a host who pays so much attention to the comfort of their guests. Thank you, Pietro, for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Bologna.
