Exceptional
The place was very clean and perfect for a group of 7. It's also a great location that is just outside of Little Italy. Taking an Uber to Waterfront Park only took about 8 minutes. Very convenient.
The parking situation was a little odd. There is a small alleyway you go down and the place has 2 available parking spaces. The alleyway is also very narrow and you would have to back out until you get to a big enough driveway to make a U- turn

Nothing special but a very comfortable, spacious, and clean place to stay in San Diego.
Very clean, lots of sheets and towels etc. Air con worked great. Spacious living room area and bedrooms huge. Kitchen has gas stove and coffee making facilities. Lots of light in the whole place and possible to walk to coffee shops + supermarkets.
Kitchen could be better stocked, no baking sheets etc for the oven. At least one of the bedrooms woult be better off with twin beds so more people can sleep here I think. The rooms are so huge it's a bit a waste of space. A BBQ grill in the back yard space would really elevate it as well. The inside is very soulless airbnb vibes not really a comfortable homely space, but everything you need for a stay in San Diego.
