  Complete nightmare. Steer clear.

  Nothing whatsoever.

  Was advertised as a charming flat with free parking on the street. Upon enquiry the day before we arrived were told we could find parking a fifteen minute walk away. We have 3 children and had luggage. The property management originally agreed to pay us £99 to cover our parking costs but later went back on his word and only paid us £60. Nothing in the advert about the property being on 3rd floor with no elevator. It was a complete nightmare. We got to the properly and found karmasutra books and nude images hanging on bathroom wall. Absolutely obscene. They knew we had children with us. Not a family environment at all. Found the place so creepy but decided let’s give it a go after removing all obscenities out of sight. Little did we know more was to come. The balcony was advertised with pretty flowery photos. Not a flower on sight and construction is all we saw from the balcony but that wasn’t the issue, it became an issue when we realised there was mo actual lock on balcony doors. We had clearly told management we had a 4 year old and 2 year old with us. Management were completely flippant when we bought the issue up. Struggled through the first night with strange noises. Management messaged us in the morning we had been making a lot of noise and neighbours complained but we had not and were told our kids were not allowed to walk around even during the day. We left the building by 8am because of all the strange going ons in this place. Old wooden flooring, outdated creepy decorations. This place has so much negative energy. Would not recommend at all specially if you have children. Don’t know where all the good reviews came from because this place is a complete nightmare.

  The apartment is lovely. Well located. Communication was very good. Highly recommend.

  The apartment is very cozy and comfortable — you immediately feel at home. The host is extremely friendly and always available, providing great support with any questions, which made the stay very easy and pleasant. The neighborhood is also very nice: quiet and pleasant, and it’s very easy to get to the city center. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

  Beautifully decorated, comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Tube and buses to just about at the apartment are easy to negotiate. Highly recommended.
