El lloc proper al centre (caminant) L’espai L’equipament cuina Lavabo i WC net Facilitats d’entrada Parking al apartament I parking sl carrer Lloc sense sorolls
La llum. Especialment al menjador la meitat no funcionava. Quedava molt fosc. Es pot arreglar canviant la bombeta però no hi van fer. M’hagués agradar un parell de tovalloles extre per lavabo i wc.

Gute Lage und Größe. Ausstattung für Kinder top. Ruhige Lage und großer Balkon. Garage top.
Die Küche war dreckig auf dem Backofenblech war eingebrannter schimmeliger käse und die Spülmaschine war noch vom Vormieter eingeräumt. Möbel waren stark abgenutzt. - Stühle im Wohnzimmer - Küchenschränke - Kühlschrank (Gefrierschrank Tür) ist lose und fällt beim öffnen raus. Desweiteren kam uns eine Steckdose entgegen beim abziehen eines Handy-Ladegerätes.

Super Lage für ein entspanntes Wochenende in Würzburg!
Lage, 20 min wandern bis zum Alte Mainbrücke, sehr ruhig nachts. Eigene Garage zum parken und in 5 min wandern Bäcker und Supermarkt erreichbar. Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Balkon abends sehr angenehm
Keine Gardine und 1 Rollladen war kaput, Wohnung darf neu gestrichen werden und die Lampe auf der Toilette ist SEHR hell.. war gleich wach 😢 Kissen fehlen für die Stühle auf dem Balkon

Konumu çok iyi, araba ile merkeze hemen ulaşılabilir. Apartman ve çevre sakin ve huzurluydu. Garajın olması avantajlı.
Genel olarak- yatak, nevresim, tuvalet, banyo vs- temiz olsa da salondaki koltuklar lekeliydi ve içeride sigara kokusu vardı. Yedek tuvalet kağıdı konmamıştı.
