A well kept clean house in a very quiet Street. Comfortable having a toilet up and down stairs. The kitchen has everything you would need for your stay. Plenty of parking in the street.
Sky light in small bedroom could do with a blind.

Ian was really lovely and very helpful. Place was clean and comfy, with everything you need.
Only small thing is a bin in bathroom would be good. But really nothing bad at all.

The location was fairly good and reasonably close to the town centre. However, I did not feel completely comfortable or safe in the area later in the afternoon and evening, so I would not consider it the best location for women travelling with children.
The main issue was with the front door. It was difficult to open and seemed to have dropped, so I had to call the owner for assistance. He helped me over the phone, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the problem was not properly resolved. The door itself needs to be repaired, as it is not simply a matter of knowing how to open it. I would recommend having the door properly checked and repaired for future guests.
