  Местоположение, апартамента е голям, предоставят кафе капсули.

  В стаята в която е телевизията дивана е много малък, само за 2 души и сешоара е слаб, постоянно бръмчи, все едно ще се развали всеки момент.

  Единствено местоположението беше хубаво. Беше изключително мръсно ,навсякъде имаше косми и мръсотия. Беше много шумно ,от едната страна на спалнята имаше заведение ,което отваряше 6 сутринта и започваха да крещят персонала ,а от другата страна спалните са на булеварда, който е изключително натоварен и буквално не може да се спи на отворен прозорец.

  Беше изключително мръсно ,навсякъде имаше косми и мръсотия. Беше много шумно ,от едната страна на спалнята имаше заведение ,което отваряше 6 сутринта и започваха да крещят персонала ,а от другата страна спалните са на булеварда, който е изключително натоварен и буквално не може да се спи на отворен прозорец. Отделно беше забранено пушенето, а на едната тераса имаше мръсен пепелник. Въпреки че попитах дали може да се пуши там беше отказано, а беше очевидно че преди това се е пушило.

  Location and facilities

  Building work starts quite early in the morning along with traffic noise/horns. As it was fairly warm during our stay the windows were open making the sound more noticeable. In cooler weather with the windows closed this would be better

  Spacious apartment in a good location, could do with a few more basics included.

  Good location, lovely large rooms, easy to get in and out of. It was very spacious. When I contacted the owners they were very quick to respond and every interaction was positive.

  A few small things would make this property amazing. Having washing up liquid and sponges etc would make it easier, also mopping the floors between people coming as you walked around and got dirty feet. My room had blackout curtains but the other two rooms didn’t so they got a bit light a bit early. All of those things are easily fixed. It was also in a location where there is a lot of traffic going past at all hours, if traffic noise will bother you then this is not the apartment for you. Good double glazing to keep the sound out but that makes it very hot so it’s a play off.

  Pessima struttura

  La struttura è molto grande ma ha bisogno di personale più adatto per curare questo appartamento, siamo rimasti per strada per circa un’ora perché non avevamo pagato la tassa di soggiorno ( mai capitato una cosa del genere essendo un Host mi sembra orribile questo) Mancavano le federe dei cuscini nella mia camera e un ventilatore era rotto e un altro senza la protezione delle ventole inoltre per i bagni danno solo il telo doccia e i letti soltanto il copri materasso Dal caldo forte non era possibile chiudere le finestre che andrebbero cambiate con quelle insonorizzate , passano di continuo le autoambulanze e praticamente non si riposa per niente .

  Stando al primo piano c’è troppo rumore di strada e ci vorrebbero dei condizionatori
