    Great proximity, but couple of concerns.

    Proximity to Parramatta is great. Public transport and shopping is within 10mins walking. Room was clean and tidy with adequate amenities.

    There were no instructions for the A/C unit and trying to figure it out was a challenge that wasn't needed. The constant road noise and railway noise was also a black mark on our stay.

    Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay in Parramatta.

    Good location, comfortable space, and everything needed for a short stay

    Some minor noise at times, but nothing too disruptive.

    The building location was central to Paramatta which was fine but the actual apartment was facinf directly onto the train lines and a main road.

    The apartment was super noisy - the loungeroom window faced onto the main road and the train line. the bedroom has 2 windows one window faced the main road and the train line, the other window faced the train lines so there was loud traffic and train noise all night. i could not stay the second night that I booked - so booked a new hotel to stay at
