    There are acommodations that are set just to satisfy basic needs of the guests. Most of them are like that actually. And there are rare acommodations where the hosts try to make conditions so that their guests feel at home (extra hook, or kitchen piece of equipment, or huge tv, or...) . You can note them by little things during the stay. Gem Metro is one of them.

    Nothing in particular. The café across the street is a bit loud, but this is not this accommodation fault. I'm sorry I had no time to have a drink in the café and feel the local vibe 😊.

    Це абсолютно чудова квартира в якій є все необхідне! Почну з того, що нам дозволили поселитися з самого ранку бо квартира була готова до здачі, потрапити туди легко через кодові замки. У квартирі дуже чисто, сама вона світла і має дуже милий балкончик, що виходить на приємну вулицю, в міру тиху. Район ідеальний- близько до центру, до метро, в сусідньому кварталі великий супермаркет. Це справді гарне житло за хорошу ціну.

    I would book here again!

    This property was great! We walked to most attractions (about a 15 min walk). Fantastic locally owned bar/restaurant across the street to the Rt looking out the window. (Delicious Francesinha) Two grocery stores - a couple minutes walk. Great little (like a dollar store) across the street. Metro a few steps away. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We felt very safe there. We travelled with friends who rented the suite above. Worked out great if you are travelling with others. The owner was very good in responding to questions and information via messaging, email, messages and WhatsApp.
