    Disaster

    The property was entirely communicative - until there was a problem.

    The booking was made for business travel two days prior to arrival. The booking was non-refundable. Several hours after making the booking, I received a communication from booking.com indicating that the booking had been cancelled for reasons that were not specified. At the same time, the host continued to send me check-in details. I explained to said host that booking.com had cancelled the reservation - with a copy of the email from booking.com. I indicated that I would not be arriving as I had responded to the cancellation by making another non-refundable booking. The property indicated that it knew nothing about any cancellation. Fair enough. I asked the property that it communicate the issue to booking.com, additional to my having already done so. It did not. More than one week after all of this, I have heard nothing from booking.com, and most certainly have not had a refund of the monies paid.

    good location for me

    wifi wasnt switched on properly but a couple of phone calls helped me to rectify it There was an infection of tiny tiny flys or maggots around opening to bin and on work top. A spray would remove them and they did not cause me a problem
