This home lacks the warm cozy and inviting feel but works good if you only seek a place to lay your head.
Location is conveniently located near a highway and places I needed for my trip. The main floor was spacious. The property manager was responsive although did not have authority to remedy major concerns.
The A/C does not effectively cool the upper floor. The unit stopped working during our visit on a Friday night. We were without A/C in the home overnight Friday and all day Saturday. We were told the company who services the home only worked M-F. Neither of the upstairs bathrooms had functional outlets. Some of the lights in the home - hallway upstairs - did not have lights in them or didn't work. They advertise games in the home, none of them had all the pieces to them or identifying boxes. There were indications of at least 3 puzzles, all puzzles pieces were mixed together. The gas stove's front left burner did not work and the fix was to use a lighter which they provided. The post states there isn't carpet in the home- there is old carpet on the stairs and in the hallway. Upstairs floor's creek. Main bed springs creek when you move in the bed. The fan in the main bedroom doesn't have an easily accessible pull chain to operate the light or the fan. The home has flys even when all the doors and windows are shut.

The bathtubs need railings and mats need strips to hold in place. All rugs need this too because they slide.
