    Mit ein paar Sanierungsmaßnahmen wäre die Wohnung wieder top.

    Große Zimmer, sauber, großzügige Küche. Wasser und einige Kaffeekapseln vorhanden.

    Ziemlich laut von der Straße und vom Innenhof trotz geschlossener Fenster. Äußere Tür (Läden) lässt sich nicht abschließen, was einem ein unsicheres Gefühl gibt. Kaum direktes Tageslicht in den Zimmern. Das Bad bräuchte eine Sanierung (es kommt nur wenig Wasser aus der Duschbrause, WC-Spülung läuft ständig Wasser nach, Hahn beim Lavabo wackelt).

    Casa accogliente e molto spaziosa. Pulizia degli ambienti ottima. La posizione è molto buona per chi deve partecipare ai congressi al MiCo

    Consiglio di eliminare la muffa vicino la finestra del bagno e cambiare phon con uno più performante. Quello attuale puzza subito di bruciato appena si imposta la potenza sul 2
