Location is good, near to the city .We stayed at the property with a group of 8 people. The host was very helpful, responsive, and provided clear instructions throughout our stay, which we appreciated.

We stayed at the property with a group of 8 people. However, there were a few issues. The listing stated that the sofa bed could accommodate 2 people and the host provided instructions on how to fully open it, but despite several attempts we were unable to open it properly. As a result, one member of our group had to sleep on the floor. In addition, there were not enough cups, plates, and glasses for 8 guests, so we had to wash and reuse items after each meal. The kitchen floor was also damaged, which raised some health and safety concerns. We had to wear slippers at all times in that area to avoid injury. Overall, the host was friendly and helpful, but these issues affected the comfort and convenience of our stay. Provide your feedback on BizChat

Adequate for our purposes to attend an event in Canterbury

The property was clean and fairly well equipped.

The beds were comfortable but in 2 of the bedrooms there was nowhere to hang clothes and there were NO mirrors upstairs in either the bedrooms or bathroom. The locks on both the bathroom and downstairs toilet doors did not work. We struggled to adjust channels on the TV and some instructions would be very useful. It was very hot during our stay and it would have been nice to have been able to open the door from the living room into the garden.
