    This is not my first time in downtown Cairo! But it's my first time booking a studio/small apartment! So you should be aware that the area and the building are very old, with old maintenance But still, I liked that Abdo did very good work in his studio; the kitchen was equipped with both a microwave & an oven, with a big fridge and all that you need for the week! And in the bathroom they have a washing machine The AC was working very well even this month (it was peak heat with 39++ temperature)

    Ask the homeowner to clean the studio floor very well, because in old towns there is a lot of dust, and once you open the balcony or window, it will get dusty very quickly. If you don't like cats or have a phobia, at the entrance of the 5th floor, there are spots for the cats where all the people leave food for them, so be aware of having neighbours' cats
