  The location of the property was excellent, just a short few-minute walk from all the main attractions. Although there were previous reviews mentioning that the area could be quite loud, this didn’t bother us at all. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

  Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues with the property, particularly considering the price. The water pressure in the bathroom was absolutely awful, with the shower only producing a small dribble of water, which made showering far from pleasant. For the price of the property, I would also expect a few more thoughtful touches. There was no soap provided in the shower, and although shampoo and conditioner were provided, it was an all-in-one product rather than separate shampoo and conditioner, which wasn’t ideal. The apartment also wasn’t spotless on arrival. As it is an older building, some areas understandably look a little tired, but there were quite a few things that could use some attention. The paintwork would benefit from being touched up, and some of the furniture looked old, worn and in need of a good clean. Another concern was the €400 security deposit, which I felt was extremely high, particularly given the price of the accommodation itself. I raised this with the property as I had noticed previous reviews mentioning that the deposit had previously been €200, which is still a significant amount but much more reasonable. They kindly agreed to honour the €200 deposit for our stay. However, there was no clear communication when we left regarding when the deposit would be authorised for return. I feel this should either be processed promptly after check-out or, at the very least, guests should be informed clearly about when they can expect it to be released. I had to chase this myself, which was frustrating. Overall, while the location was excellent and the bed was very comfortable, I don’t feel the property offers good value for money compared with other options available. Unfortunately, due to the issues mentioned above, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again, as I believe there are nicer properties available for less money.

  balkon nad restauracjami więc w wieczornych godzinach słychać cały ruch, bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki przez cały pobyt

  Excelente ubicación muy lindo lugar pero deficiencias en las instalaciones.

  El departamento es muy lindo y la ubicación inmejorable.

  El asensor no funciona, la presión del agua que ya está reportada por otros usuarios es pésima. Son muy amables por w app pero no resuelven nada.

  Retro mediteranski stil

  Lokacija je pun pogodak. Dopalo mi se što je stan star, u retro mediteranskom stilu, što ja posebno volim. Sadržaji u stanu su kompletni: adapteri, mašina za veš, full kuhinja i sve za peglanje odeće.

  Lift nije u funkciji ali to nije bio preveliki problem. Bučno je od 18 h do ponoći. Ali nama nije puno smetalo jer smo dolazili kasno u stan.
