  Extremely awkward and disappointing experience

  The view was incredible

  We were extremely excited to head out of civilisation for one full day to just relax and unwind in a place that had everything you needed. All the reviews looked great and specifically mentioned how lovely the owners were. We were excited to meet them and potentially even have a meal or drink with them and also have some alone time to soak up the sun. We arrived to an extremely warm welcome from the owners who showed us round the property and they were kind enough to take my partner to the shop to pick up supplies. Despite the warm welcome some things initially were slightly disappointing. The place was renovated and while it looked lovely, the listing pictures showed a pool and a hot tub. The pool we were hoping to use during hot hours and the hot tub during colder nignt hours. These had both been combined into one larger ground hot tub which would be too hot for day hours. We made the food my partner collected we went to use the hot tub the owner had closed it off and went to bed. Side note: I think its important that the owners change their booking to inform guests that their own personal home looks out onto all of the guest areas and facilities so when the owners went to bed we felt we had to be quiet and go to bed also so we didnt use any of the facilities night one. Day two was the only full day we had in the accomodation before leaving the next day. When we'd initially arrived the owners told us they had some renovations happening and we thought nothing of it, as we didnt think it would be anything major or they would have cancelled our booking. Unfortunately we were wrong. We woke up at 9am to the sound of builders, cars and drills. We wanted to do a morning yoga session but when we went outside there were builders everywhere all over the entire facility area. As a result of this we sat indoors for 2 hours with builders even walking past our windows when my sister was coming out the shower.

  Nossa estadia no chalé foi simplesmente inesquecível! Desde o momento em que chegamos, fomos recebidos com uma hospitalidade impecável pelos anfitrião Luiz e Rogéria. O chalé é um verdadeiro refúgio: incrivelmente aconchegante, limpo e bem cuidado. A localização é um capítulo à parte. Acordar com o som dos pássaros e ter uma vista deslumbrante da natureza foi revigorante. O silêncio e a tranquilidade do lugar são perfeitos para quem busca desconectar do estresse da cidade grande.
