    Simple room but comfortable. The owner offer me and my mom to check in early and 2 hours late checkout, I really apprec

    :Location and superintendent of the building . We feel very safe and comfortable. : The owner very friendly and kind. : Good AC , good elevator, good shower. : Zona Sul supermarket 2 blocks away. : 150 yards to subway station : Ipanema beach just a few blocks away with good restaurants and bars nearby.

    :Stove in the kitchen is right next to the sink , it wet all over when you wash the dishes . :Cheap quality of kitchenette . :No soap , shampoo and shower cap provided in the bathroom. : Bedroom was small and no AC but we open the door to get AC from living room.
