Comfortable and excellent apartment which we are happy to return to.

Location is ideal as it is easy reach of town centre. There was sufficient bedding for sofa-bed. Good to have lift as we were on the 3rd floor.

You need to update your photo for key access as the instruction photos were old ones which did not reflect current placement. Clearer instructions on entry to building will also help, especially with tired travellers arriving at night.

Great place to stay for a weekend trip! Can recommend

Great location, spacious and looked just like the pictures. Had an issue which was swiftly sorted by the staff, 10/10 for communication :)

It could have been cleaner, just seemed like it needed an extra clean before we arrived as there was some dust build up and the floors could have done with a hoover and mop.

    Great location, secure, quiet building.

The location is perfect, a short walk to the centre of York. An Asda is across the road and a M&S foodhall close by. The kitchen had everything needed to cook proper meals.

    Lovely apartment

Very clean and comfortable apartment, friendly staff and very responsive to emails. Not too far from the town centre so everything was easy to get to ☺️.
