⭐ 1 Star – Terrible Experience at Chase Suite Hotel El Paso! Hotel: Chase Suite Hotel El Paso Address: 6791 Montana Avenue, El Paso, TX 79925 I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chase Suite Hotel in El Paso. If you are looking for a peaceful night’s sleep, I would seriously reconsider staying here! The hotel has two floors, and unfortunately, I was placed in a ground-floor room. The person staying directly above me walks back and forth throughout the night, and every single step causes the floor to make an unbelievably loud squeaking and creaking noise. To make matters worse, it sounds like the person is walking on their heels, making the noise even more unbearable. Getting a decent night’s sleep is practically impossible! I approached the front desk and politely requested to be moved to an upstairs room to avoid the constant noise. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, I was told that they could only move me if I paid extra money! I then asked whether maintenance could fix the extremely noisy floor. Their response was simply that “the building was built like that.” Are you serious? That is not an acceptable response from a hotel! If the building has known noise problems, why should paying guests have to suffer through sleepless nights or pay additional money just to get a room where they can actually rest? The most frustrating part is not just the noise, but the complete lack of customer service and willingness to help. I paid for a hotel room to sleep, not to listen to someone walking on a squeaky wooden floor all night long! Chase Suite Hotel El Paso needs to address these issues and improve how it treats guests who raise legitimate complaints. My recommendation: Avoid booking a ground-floor room at this property. Unless you are prepared for constant noise and potentially sleepless nights, I would suggest staying somewhere else. Very disappointing experience. One star for the noise and the unacceptable customer service!

La ubicación y el desayuno
Es muy incómodo el sofá. En reservación para 4 adultos solo ponen una cama para 2 adultos y un sofá para las otras 2 personas. No se descansa nada. Deben poner cama en lugar de sofá. No colocan toallas de baño para la cantidad de personas que pagan el servicio.
