These apartments are fully online with no Reception. You will receive a link to fill in personal details for all in your reservation then receive a code for the apartment after payment. The alternative is to visit our central Reception at the Hotel "Palác U Kočků" which is 1 minute away on foot. For transport needs or parking please contact us on booking@pragueresidences.com.     Чудесно местоположение. Красив и автентичен таван. Апартаментът е подходящ за група от 6 човека. В апартамента имаше всичко необходимо за кратък престой.

    Нямахме достъп до терасата от снимката. Чуваше се шум от почистване и се усещаха миризми от ресторанта.

    Excellent location, but the specific apartment was impractical and lacked basic comfort.

    The location is absolutely perfect; right in the heart of the Old Town with everything within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and the keyless door code system worked flawlessly.

    Unfortunately, the layout of this split-level apartment was unacceptable. Upon entering, there is a completely useless, "dead" hallway. Then you enter a kitchen equipped only with two very uncomfortable chairs—there is no sofa or armchair to relax, forcing you to go downstairs just to sit comfortably. To reach the bedroom area, you have to go down very steep and narrow stairs, which are dangerous and totally unsuitable for older guests. The bedroom downstairs was incredibly cramped. The space around the bed was so narrow that you literally had to duck under the wall-mounted TV just to pass to the other side or reach the bathroom. Getting dressed required taking turns, as there wasn't enough floor space for two people at once. Furthermore, the photos on the website are highly misleading. The pictures do not show or imply in any way that the apartment is so incredibly small and cramped in reality. Lastly, having a coffee machine with no coffee pods and not even a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival felt very poorly managed for a guest's first day. Regarding communication, we asked for a room change on our very first day due to these issues, but we were told they were fully booked and could only potentially move us the day before our departure, which wasn't helpful by then. Also, our checkout was at 10:00 AM; we asked if we could extend it until 11:30 AM, but they refused. After asking again to keep it at least for 1 hour until 11:00 AM, they finally approved it. Most importantly, after reading other reviews, I realized guests have been complaining about these exact same issues (including the coffee machine pods) since 2024. The management always replies they will look into it, but clearly, nothing changes and they don't care to improve. Great location, but a very disappointing room layout.
