Übel riechende Zimmer, keine Privatsphäre, unpassende Booking.com Beschreibung
Nichts, die Beschreibung passt nicht zu den Verhältnissen vor Ort. Das einzig Positive war, dass ich das Zimmer an eine Packpackerin weitergeben konnte, so dass sie Kosten gespart hat.
Es gibt im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung keinen einfachen Zugang zum Strand, da das Land dort verkauft wurde. Man muß über Schotterwegen durch ungepflegte Häusergassen gehen. Die Zimmer riechen nach Schimmel so dass ich sofort wieder ausgecheckt habe und trotzdem den vollen Preis zahlen musste, obwohl zugegeben wurde, dass ich Recht habe. Ich habe Asthma, das zur Erklärung, warum ich nicht atmen konnte.Man hat keine Privatsphäre zum Nachbarhaus, also immer Gardinen geschlossen halten, da man sonst auf dem Bett wie auf dem Präsentierteller liegt. Geschätzt 10 Meter Abstand.

Old and ugly, but close to beach
$50 a night is a decent price on Boracay for a king bed thats walking distance from the beach. There was also a complimentary breakfast that was somewhat decent.
Almost nobody on the island knows where this is located, so very hard to find. Have to walk down muddy ugly alley to get to it and the surrounding neighborhood is ugly. The pictures are very misleading.

Good basic accommodation at reasonable cost.
It was fairly quaint, if a little in need of refurbishment. The staff were excellent and very helpful.
The breakfasts were a little limited, with not much availability of European food. Our room on the ground floor was a little starved of natural light.
