    A truly historic chateau well worth a visit.

    The chateau has the feel of a castle, large rooms a roaring fire with comfy sofas. We were welcomed with a cup of Breton cider which was very welcome. Our room had double aspect windows overlooking the moat and the lake. We had a sofa and a low table to relax. The bathroom had a full bath and two sinks and was also large. The breakfast was continental and very good. The chateau is remote in its own grounds and accordingly very peaceful apart from the ducks.

    There was nothing that we did not like.
