    The beauty and cautions of an old chateau.

    Beautiful grounds. Love the honesty bar in the garden.

    Very tight getting into the driveway. Be careful with low profile bottoms of cars. Stairs to our room have very narrow treads. Be careful.

    Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, denn das chateau ist einfach traumhaft. Ein Ort zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeberin ist extrem bemüht. Der Pool ist einzigartig. Das Chateau ist ganz besonders und wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben.

    Wonderful

    Veronique was a wonderful host and the property is a charming countryside retreat. We stayed in the larger unit with the kitchen. It’s very comfortable and cute, and next to the hot tub. It’s a quick drive to Amboise.

    When exiting the property, just make sure to turn left! Don’t follow Google Maps and turn right - leads to a dangerous steep road that is not intended for cars
