The property did not inform us that construction workers would be carrying out work on the building’s facede. Every morning at 8 a.m., they started drilling and hammering, which made it impossible to sleep peacefully. I believe guests should be informed of this kind of disruption before their arrival, ideally with the option to cancel and receive a refund. Nobody expects to wake up to the sound of drills right next to their ears, especially when the room has virtually no soundproofing. The bathroom has no window, so it remains damp and humid, meaning the towels never dry properly and stay wet. Additional towels are normally charged extra, even though we explained the problem to the property. To their credit, they did provide us with extra towels free of charge after we explained the situation. There is no physical reception, and all communication takes place via WhatsApp. The problem is that the property does not always respond promptly, which can be inconvenient when guests need assistance.

Good location. Good main bed and bathroom.
The bedroom and shower facilities were great.
The 2nd and 3rd bed were uncomfortable. There was no bedding for the 3rd bed and no response when I asked for some. The WiFi code was also not given.
