    住在這邊會有種的「如果以後在這邊生活應該很不錯吧」的感覺，公車易達算是方便，周邊小店或是食材取得也算容易，是安靜的住宅區，本身隔音也相當優良

    沒有電梯，所以有搬大行李的時候要考慮一下；抽油煙機的效果不太顯著，希望業主會查看與修復，易發煙的油類容易直接觸發煙霧偵測器。此外就是，針對需要較暗環境睡覺的人，窗簾的效果不太完全喔

    We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is warm and comfortable. It's a home away from home.

    A base from which to explore the Christchurch area.

    Modern, clean, well appointed. Good location for accessing the city.

    Smart TV/internet kept stalling when trying to watch a movie. Privacy challenges with the main drive overlooking/closely adjacent to the sitting room as access to 2 other properties behind. Also upstairs bedroom corridor directly looked into the adjacent property. We countered this with lowering blackout blinds but maybe further consideration needs to be given to address or screen this perhaps by introducing day shade blinds. Parking in the garage was simpler with reversing up the driveway and reversing in.
